Employment Process

Thank you for your interest in employment with the Catholic schools in the Diocese of El Paso. In order to activate your file you will need to download and complete the following forms:

• Application Form.
• Reference form and send it to 3 people who know you professionally. Have them return the reference form to my office.
• If applying for a professional position, download and complete the request for transcript form and have an original copy of your transcript sent to my office.
• Complete a Criminal Background Check. If local please pick up the information for the Criminal Background Check, if out of state request the form from the Office of Education.

Complete and return the application to the Office of Education and mail the transcript.

Once these forms have been completed and returned we will activate your file.
